Hey!!!

Hey guys! Nothing much happened today. Eagle thought the day was pretty boring. All he did was lay around and sleep while I did school. :)

I do have some good news though. I learned Monday at the Guide dog meeting that a dog I puppy sat, Brighton, was in class!!!

Here is Brighton!

If all goes well, he should graduate December 15Th!!!

Congrats to Brighton. He will be graduating with a dog from our group, Champ and kinda Darwin but he is leaving for in home training after two weeks of training at the campus. We are all really proud of those boys! Will you be going to graduation?

I think so. I really want to go, but I might have a choir performance that night. If I can make it at all, even if it is just for the begining, I will definitely be there!!!

Megan, I would assume Brighton is in CA? The Graduation dates are the same day for both OR and CA this month...

Ya, I just realized that. ha ha. It is not often that graduations are on the same day at both campuses. Have fun if you go. :) I wish that I lived close enough to go to graduations whenever I wanted. That would be so cool.

Yay Brighton! It's always exciting when a dog you saw grow up graduates as a guide. ;) And I realized from your last post, Spike and Eagle are around the same age, Spike turned 6 months old on November 17th. ;)

Wow! I didn't know they were that close in age. that means they are only a week or two apart. Eagle as 6 months yesterday!!!

I noticed that on our phase reports. I agree with Kelsey--it's very neat to go to see that silly puppy you puppysat once or twice stand up there on stage so calm and dignified in harness.

Maybe we'll see you there :)
